Shipping & Returns


Our mission is to get a Grover to you wherever you are in the world!

Please note that some countries have restrictions on the importation of certain products which may limit our ability to ship to you.  We currently have Grovers deployed in Australia, Guam, the United States of America, Canada, Hong Kong and the UK.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose. 

Please note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found under its product listing. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram/pound.

Orders over $2,000 AUD will require additional export documentation. 

Returns Policy

We will happily give you a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and the product: 

  • is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging, with all accessories included
  • and has not been used.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Servicing & Repairs

We recognize that delays in field work can be critical, and that returning equipment from outside Australia can take time. We will issue replacements once we receive confirmation that you have shipped the equipment back to us, in order to minimize transit times and interruptions.
